The 2025 7th International Conference on Information Science, Electrical and Automation Engineering (ISEAE 2025) was successfully held at Harbin University of Science and Technology!
第七届信息科学、电气与自动化工程国际学术会议在哈尔滨理工大学成功举办！
From April 18 to 20, 2025, the 7th International Conference on Information Science, Electrical and Automation Engineering (ISEAE 2025) took place at Harbin University of Science and Technology(HUST). The conference was hosted by Harbin University of Science and Technology and organized by the School of Automation, HUST, with joint support from the School of Science of HUST, the School of Electrical and Information Engineering of Northeast Petroleum University, and other institutions. The conference adopted a hybrid format combining both online and offline participation, gathering nearly one hundred universities and institutions from home and abroad, with over 300 experts and scholars attending. During the conference, participants both online and offline engaged in in-depth exchanges focused on the latest developments in the fields of information science, electrical engineering, and automation technology, establishing a high-level platform for academic dialogue.
2025年4月18-20日，第七届信息科学、电气与自动化工程国际学术会议（ISEAE 2025）在哈尔滨理工大学召开。此次大会由哈尔滨理工大学主办，哈尔滨理工大学自动化学院承办，哈尔滨理工大学理学院、东北石油大学电气信息工程学院等单位共同协办。本次会议采用线上+线下双模式，聚集了国内外近百所高校单位、超300名专家学者参与。会议期间，线上线下参会代表围绕信息科学、电气工程与自动化技术领域的前沿动态展开深入交流，构建了高水平的学术对话平台。
The opening ceremony was chaired by Prof. Dongjie Li, Associate Dean of the School of Automation, Harbin University of Science and Technology. Speeches were delivered by Prof. Lin Zhao, Secretary of the Party Committee of Harbin University of Science and Technology; Prof. Zidong Wang, Fellow of the European Academy of Sciences, Fellow of the International Academy of Systems and Control, IEEE Fellow, and professor at Brunel University London, UK; and Prof. Jun Hu, Dean of the School of Automation, Harbin University of Science and Technology. They expressed sincere greetings to both online and offline participants and emphasized that the conference aims to deepen interdisciplinary integration in the fields of information science, electrical engineering, and automation technology, looking forward to this event becoming an important driving force for promoting international academic innovation and collaborative development among academia, industry, and research institutions. Other attendees at the opening ceremony included Shouqiang Kang, Director of the Science and Technology Department of Harbin University of Science and Technology; Hongyu Jia, Party Secretary of the School of Automation; Jun Hu, Dean; Deputy Deans Dongjie Li, Bing Li, Mian Yan; and Hui Bi, Chair of the Department of Applied Mathematics of the School of Science.
大会开幕式由哈尔滨理工大学自动化学院副院长李东洁教授主持，哈尔滨理工大学校党委书记赵琳教授，欧洲科学院院士、国际系统与控制科学院院士、IEEE Fellow英国伦敦布鲁内尔大学王子栋教授，哈尔滨理工大学自动化学院胡军院长分别致开幕辞，向线上线下与会学者致以诚挚的问候，强调会议旨在深化信息科学、电气工程与自动化技术领域的跨学科融合，期待本届会议成为推动国际学术创新与产学研协同发展的重要推力。

The conference invited seven distinguished experts and scholars from home and abroad to deliver keynote speeches, including national-level talents Prof. Bin Zhou from Harbin Institute of Technology, Prof. Guangchen Wang from Shandong University, expert with special State Council allowance Prof. Xiaowu Mu from Zhengzhou University, national-level young talent Prof. Derui Ding from University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, Dr. Weibo Liu from Brunel University London, Prof. Raquel Caballero Águila from University of Jaén in Spain, and Associate Prof. Zhaoqing Jia from Harbin University of Science and Technology. They shared and discussed key scientific issues in information science, electrical engineering, and automation technology.
大会邀请国家级人才、哈尔滨工业大学周彬教授，国家级人才、山东大学王光臣教授，国务院突出贡献特殊津贴专家、郑州大学慕小武教授，国家级青年人才、上海理工大学丁德锐教授，英国伦敦布鲁内尔大学刘伟伯博士，西班牙哈恩大学Raquel Caballero Águila教授，哈尔滨理工大学贾朝清副教授共7位国内外杰出专家学者做主旨报告，围绕信息科学、电气工程与自动化技术领域的关键科学问题，进行分享和交流。
Keynote Speeches /大会主旨报告
The conference featured a rich agenda that built a multidimensional academic exchange system. It included seven keynote speeches and three thematic parallel sessions, along with over 100 poster presentations. In the three thematic parallel sessions, 45 scholars from Harbin Institute of Technology, Beihang University, University of Science and Technology of China, Harbin University of Science and Technology, and other institutions gave oral presentations. The participants deeply discussed cutting-edge topics, creating a lively academic atmosphere on site.
本次会议议程丰富，构建了多维度的学术交流体系。设置了7场大会主旨报告及三大专题分会场，展出百余张海报。在三大专题分会场中，分别由来自哈尔滨工业大学、北京航空航天大学、中国科学技术大学、哈尔滨理工大学等高校和单位的45名学者进行口头报告分享。与会学者围绕前沿议题展开深度研讨，现场学术氛围热烈。
The conference specially set up three categories of academic awards: Best Paper, Best Oral Presentation, and Best Poster. After evaluation by the expert committee, three winners were selected for the Best Paper Award, three for the Best Oral Presentation, and four for the Best Poster Display.
会议特设最佳论文、论文及海报三大类学术奖项。经过组委会专家评选，最终评选出最佳论文奖（3人）、最佳口头报告（3人）、最佳海报展示（4人）。
The closing ceremony was presided over by Prof. Jun Hu, Dean of the School of Automation, Harbin University of Science and Technology. Academician Zidong Wang delivered the closing remarks on behalf of the conference. Prof. Wang stated that the successful holding of the conference conveyed the latest technological advancements and achievements, promoted exchanges of technology and ideas, and will foster innovation and integrated development in the disciplines. He expressed gratitude to all experts, staff, and volunteers for their efforts and dedication, and looked forward to continued collaboration for innovation and progress in the future!
